  The meat for the most part was either undercooked or overcooked. I understand they have to make money, but to advertise ''All you can eat'' and then only pass once with the roast beef, sirloin, or filet-mignon is rather insulting. Had to argue with the servers for them to pass around again with top quality meat, and not their little portions of sausage and chicken. Asked for bread that never showed up, and in the 3 hours we were there (group of 25) they only came around 4 times to refill water. Been here twice for parties, and I think it was the last time.

  The concept is great and the food is awesome, but the service could sometimes be better and prices are pretty steep

  Made a reservation for 20 a week ahead for a birthday party. After waiting for an hour to get our table that we had reserved the for 7 days ahead... they came to us and said, we have 2 tables for 10 so we can sit you in 2 groups. After arguing that this didn't make any sense i decided to never show up at this restaurant ever again.
