  The food is undoubtedly amazing, but the service could have been better. After leading us to the table and handing us the menus, the staffs disappeared for 20 whole minutes... They didn't bother to give us water until our order came, which was an additional 40 minutes wait.. I wish the staffs were a bit more attentive.

  We've given three chances to this restaurant, who ended up being disappointing every time. The outstanding waiting time and the lack of organization in the restaurant ruins the experience (and outweighs the positive of chocolate treats). On the three occasion we waited over 1 hour, and in one instance we left our table after being seated for 1h without being acknowled. There seem to be an extreme lack of organization in the kitchen. labour is unbalanced and does not answer the customers needs.

  Its THE place to go to for a chocolate treats and deserts. Their chocolate fondue and fondant are my favorites. Pricey but worth it. For this particular branch, its been just unfortunate that its always busy and understaffed every time we go. Not ideal for bringing children because of the super loud and busy ambiance. At one point I had to speak with the manager because it was taking too long to get our order. She got the matter fixed right away and gave us a rebate for the poor service. Its little things like attention and care that make clients come back.

  Great food! Everything looks delicious but unfortunately service tends to be much slower when there are lots of people.
