  No staff. Only 2 cash registers, no self check out. Long lines even when it's not busy

  Store is OK, like the parking spot across the way facing SAQ, because it's always easy to park.. Store is often not clean, would need more regular cleaning and scrubbing of shelves and floors.Shopping baskets need a tune-up, I always get ones with wheels that don't cooperate. Damaged canned products and expired veggies should be composted or thrown out. Customer service is slow and so-so. Sometimes friendly sometimes nonexistent.. it really depends on the individual employee. Good specials, but get there early on Thursday not to miss them.

  Generally good products with good prices. Improvements in staff in the last couple of months. Before, some staff members were unpleasant; not smiling, rolling their eyes when wanted to some items at closing time, private (and rude) conversations between eachother etc.... I have to admit that in the past few months, staff members are better than they used to be.
